•Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 working days across Pakistan.

•Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier service, or unforeseen delays.

•Delivery charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

 

 Returns & Refunds

•For hygiene reasons, oral care products (toothbrushes, tongue scrapers, etc.) cannot be returned once opened or used.

•If you receive a defective or wrong product, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery.

•Refunds or replacements will only be issued after proper verification.

 

•OralZen is not responsible for any misuse of products.
